Been filling this book with quick anatomy sketches now for several weeks. The best thing about keeping them quick is being able to forget about them. This makes it easier (at least for me) to take a look back every once in a while with fresh eyes and observe my wrong doings. Being a critic of your own work is a hard thing to do and also something I find to be extremely valuable.
